Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel any order for a full refund until printing has started. Message us on WhatsApp or email make@layerbit.in with your order number.
• Custom prints made from your own files cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps).
• We will reprint and resend the item free of charge, or refund you if a reprint is not possible.
• Please keep the item and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Reprint guarantee

Not happy with the print quality? We reprint it free. Normal variations in layer lines and colour are not defects.

Returns

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, except where required by law.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
