What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and delivery address.
- Order details: products, custom print specifications and uploaded 3D model files.
- Account details if you register or sign in with Google (name, email and Google account ID).
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login.
How we use it
- To process, print, ship and support your orders and quote requests.
- To send order confirmations, invoices, shipping and tracking updates.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To send offers and new designs only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
Your 3D files
Uploaded models are stored privately, used only to quote and produce your order, and are never shared or resold.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the shop: payment gateway (Razorpay), courier partners for delivery, and our hosting/email providers. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records as required by Indian tax law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
