Which file formats can I upload?
STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP and IGES up to 80 MB. 3MF files from Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer and PrusaSlicer keep their painted colours for multi-colour prints. For other CAD formats (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and so on) WhatsApp us and we'll convert them for free.
Is the instant price the final price?
Yes. The price you see (incl. 18% GST) is what you pay, calculated from your model's real volume, print time and setup. If your file has a problem we can't print around, such as a broken mesh, we contact you before printing and refund you if needed.
Can you print in several colours?
Yes. Switch on Multi-colour print and choose 2 to 4 colours (PLA or PETG). If your 3MF already has painted colours, we read them automatically and show them in the 3D preview. Each colour change adds a little time and purge filament, which is already included in the price.
What infill should I choose?
Infill is the honeycomb inside the part. Use 10 to 15% for decorative pieces, 30% for everyday parts and 60% or more for load-bearing parts. Resin parts are always solid.
Which layer height is right for me?
0.20 mm is the best all-rounder. Choose 0.12 or 0.08 mm for smooth display pieces and small details, 0.24 mm for quick prototypes, and 0.30 mm with a 0.6 mm nozzle for big, strong parts that need to print fast.
Do you print transparent parts?
Yes, in PETG Transparent (clear and tinted colours). It's perfect for lamp shades and light diffusers. Fully see-through parts need thin walls or 100% infill; thick infilled parts look frosted.
How long does it take?
Most single parts ship within 2 to 4 working days. Multi-colour, resin and large batches take a little longer. The lead time is shown with your price, and you can follow the order on the Track order page.
Can you print bigger than the build volume?
Yes. Parts larger than 250 x 250 x 250 mm are split, printed and bonded with reinforced joints. The tool flags this automatically.
Do you offer finishing?
Sanding, priming, painting, acetone smoothing (ABS) and threaded inserts are available. WhatsApp us after ordering and we'll add them.
