Which logo files work?
PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. A logo in one dark colour on a white or transparent background works best. Your logo is printed in one colour on the base colour; if it comes out the wrong way round, press "Swap", and move the Detail slider to keep more or less of a light logo.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
The logo is turned into a 3D shape in your browser. Only the finished 3D file (and a small preview picture) is sent to us when you order.
How big will the keychain be?
You choose the logo size, from 20 to 60 mm; the plate adds a border around it. The exact size is shown under the 3D preview.
Which plate shapes can I choose?
Outline (the plate follows your logo), Round (a disc), Tag (a rounded rectangle) and Logo only (just the logo, in two layers).
Can I order many for my team or event?
Yes. Set the quantity: 5+ save 5%, 10+ save 10%, 25+ save 15%. For bigger orders, WhatsApp us.
Can I print the file myself?
Yes. Download the 3MF (the base and the logo are separate parts, so you can give each its own filament) or the STL. Log in to your LayerBit account to download; the files are free for personal use. Please only upload logos you have the right to use.
